Oxygen-Free Copper Welder
How It Works:
1.A medium temperature welding method that prevents oxide formation and ensures the copper tube does not overheat, and prevent deterioration.
2.Resistance to oxidation at welding points and reduce the risks of future refrigerant leakage and blockage.
3.Welding Steps
Step 1: Apply liquid flux to the copper tube welding point

Step 2: Insert the other expansion copper tube to be connected.

Step 3: Gripping the welding clamp on the outer edge of the expanded copper tube, as close to the welding point as possible, and press the start switch to start heating.
Step 4: After the copper tube reaches the welding temperature, add silver solder to fill the welding gap. The copper tube is completed after it cools down.
Step 5: After the copper pipe is constructed, the remaining material can be recycled and butt-jointed to the required length for reuse, which is cost saving.
