Seam Welders

Seam welding, is a welding method that uses two rolling electrodes (wheels), one above the other, to apply pressure to the workpieces and weld them together through the passage of an electric current. It is primarily used for continuous welding of thin metal sheets, such as metal tin cans, water tank and steel fuel tank...etc.

How it works:

The electrodes in a Seam Welder are two rolling wheels, rather than rods like those used in spot welders. When the workpieces are clamped between the electrodes (wheels), the current flows through them, generating heat and weld them together.
